We got in! As it turns out, no body really cared who we were or where we were going. These are a few attempts at taking pictures at the art exhibit offered by Aston Martin

Most of these were not cheap.

Yep....

Now we break free out to the showing of cars for auction. This is a complete original 300SL roadster with very low mileage. Very pretty car. Is that China Blue I see?

Matt walks near his Bugatti.

A very crude and nicely restored Bugatti.

From the back

Yes, those are cable mechanical brakes. Check out those aluminum wheels!

The temperature gauge.

I think this is an old Alfa.

A Mercedes Benz 500K. Nice car, but we did find many flaws. They were looking for $2-3 million for it.

There it is

A very pretty 356 1600.

Oh yes, very nice in deed.

Carrear RS.

Ferrari 275

Ditto

BMW M1, one of two available

Ferrari

Its a BMW engine in some funny French car (I think). I forget the name.

Yeah, that's the car. What is it?

That's a Dino

Jaguar

Hahahahahhaha, this guy wanted $50,000-70,000 for this 280SE 3.5. Bad rubber, poor paint, rotting wood. Who would buy this car?!

Hahahahahahaha.

Is that a Volvo?

The inside sure doesn't look like a Volvo! What is this thing?

Oh! Its a custom build Bentley! An amazingly quiet car, ready for daily driving. The custom body work does include the tail gate of a Volvo Wagon. Very cool.

This is one of those 30s Ford hot rod without a single original part from the 30s still remaining. Here it is seconds after a coolant hose blew up. POOFFFF!!!

Here's a caretaker trying to figure out what to do. Coolant was everywhere. The entire car back to front was green.

Even an hour later, green coolant was in all the little cracks and such.

Here's Matt posing near the 500K.

The display of all these cars was right off the beach. Very nice area.

How many things are wrong with this picture? Oh, there were so many. 230SL.

But the interior was sure nice.
